Executive Director

Vincent is a first-generation graduate from the University of Houston with a degree in Political Science and from the University of Texas School of Law and following that was in private practice specializing in education law.  Most recently, he served as Associate Counsel at the University of Texas at Austin focusing on technology, data, and artificial intelligence.  Prior to that, served as Assistant General Counsel for two different school districts, the Aldine and Fort Bend Independent School Districts. Vincent also served as an attorney for the Texas Department of Transportation.  He also has been active in government, serving as the youngest publicly elected County Chair of a political party in Travis County (Austin, Texas) and as a legal intern to a Texas Senator, intern for the City of Houston City Hall as well as the Center for Houston’s future. Vincent is married to his law school sweetheart and they have two kids. Vincent will soon graduate from Princeton Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Theology, Justice, and Public Life in Princeton, New Jersey.

Director of Operations

Jennifer Rajkumar joined the Texas Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs team in January 2025. Prior to joining the team, she served as a Senior Program Officer supporting AmeriCorps programming across Texas. In this role, she provided both pre and post programmatic and fiscal support combined with oversight of a portfolio of AmeriCorps Texas grantees. 

 

Jennifer also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Dallas College and in various leadership roles at the nonprofit CitySquare including serving as Program Manager and Program Director.  At CitySquare, she was responsible for the execution and compliance of a seven-figure dollar federal grant, oversaw the placement of over 300 national service members annually, and maintained strategic partnerships with local, state, and national community partners combined with nonprofits, funders, and additional stakeholders. 

 

Jennifer is a committed nonprofit professional with a passion for social justice, education and community building and brings over 15 years of experience in programming and operations, federal grant management and training & development.  She has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Texas at Dallas. 

 

Jennifer lives in Dallas with her husband and two children.

Food Program Grant Manager

Ashley Gastineau is a dedicated Community Health professional with over 10 years of experience in program management and educational material development, specializing in dietary counseling and regulatory compliance. She excels in fostering partnerships with federal, state, and local organizations to advance community health initiatives for communities in Texas. She has a proven track record of developing comprehensive nutritional plans and educational materials that cater to the diverse needs of program participants. 

 

In previous roles, Ashley oversaw the CACFP program as the Nutrition Coordinator at Chicano Por La Causa Migrant/Seasonal Head-starts and as a Family & Community Health Agent at Prairie View A&M Cooperative Extension Program, she successfully managed data systems and ensured compliance with state and federal regulations while enhancing community outreach and engagement. 

 

Ashley is a strong public speaker and advocate for health education, and has developed and implemented impactful programs that empower individuals and families to make healthier choices. She holds a Master’s in Health Science with a concentration in Nutrition from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor of Psychology from Texas A&M International University. She has received numerous accolades, including the Extension Specialist Association (TESA) Agent Award for excellence in program and grant development. 

 

Ashley lives in Laredo, TX with her loving husband and her 3 wonderful dogs.

Program Quality Manager

Laura Ramirez joined the Boys & Girls Clubs movement in 2011, working in different Club organization roles such as front line and administrative staff in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. 


In each role Laura has continued to learn and understand our movement’s vision to invest in our youth today so that they become productive, caring, responsible citizens.


In 2018, Laura relocated to the Austin area where she was able to begin a new adventure with the Texas Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs as Program Quality Manager.


Today Laura lives in San Antonio with her wife Kimberly and family.

Program Data Manager

Laura Griffith joined the Texas Alliance of Boys & Girls Clubs team in September of 2014. Laura began as a Program Assistant for the AmeriCorps program. Upon completion of the AmeriCorps contract, she transitioned into the Data Manager position for the TEXSYN program. Today Laura manages data for state programs like TEXSYN and BGCTX Food Program and assist in all Alliance operations.


Laura lives in Canyon Lake with her husband Patrick.

Program Data Manager

Sarah Andrus joined the Texas Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs team in March of 2022.


Prior to joining the team, she stayed at home raising her 3 children. She has a dual Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Exercise and Sports Science. She is currently the assistant operations manager and is working on the TX AIM grant. 


Sarah lives in Smithville, Tx with her husband Cody and their 3 children.
